Our one-day Career and Graduate Fair is a premier event that brings together a diverse range of organizations and professionals from Hawaii, and the US mainland. This exciting fair provides an ideal platform for organizations to connect with talented students seeking career opportunities and advanced education.
Taking place during the Fall semester, the fair attracts a large and dynamic student population, with over 1200 students expected to attend. Our institution proudly hosts students from over 60 countries, representing a rich array of cultures and backgrounds. With majors offered in over 30 fields of study, our student body encompasses a wide range of academic disciplines, making this event a vibrant and rewarding opportunity for attending organizations.
This fair offers attending organizations the chance to engage with motivated and ambitious students who are eager to explore career paths, pursue graduate education, and connect with potential employers. With up to 80 graduate schools, employers, and government organizations participating, this fair ensures a diverse and comprehensive representation of industries and sectors.
Throughout the day, organizations will have the opportunity to showcase their offerings, share information about available programs, internships, and job openings, and build connections with talented individuals.

It fosters meaningful connections between professionals and aspiring students, enabling the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and potential collaborations. By engaging with our diverse student population, organizations can tap into a talent pool that reflects today's global workforce.
Thank you for participating in this event and for connecting with our students that represent Hawaii, the mainland US, and over 60 international countries from Oceania and the Asian rim. We look forward to seeing you on October 5, 2023.

No, having jobs and internships is not a requirement to participate in the fair. We of course welcome those opportunities but understand that your organization may have no control over job or internship availability at the time of the fair. We do appreciate your participation and consideration of future opportunities. We look forward to our students networking with visiting organizations and understanding how they can learn more about job, and internship opportunities as well as graduate school admission.

We prefer three but will need at least two weeks' advanced notice in order to do this so that we can effectively advertise your event on our social media, LinkedIn, and career bulletin platforms.
